1. Strictly no cancellation of orders. Once you "mine" your item, the item is automatically reserved to you. 50% of your total order/s will be charged if you wish to cancel.2. Order confirmations and photo proofs will be sent through DMs after claiming.3. No refund policy. Refunds will only apply if your item is out of stock.4. No rush shipping. Please be patient since the admins are from different locations (Quezon City and Angono, Rizal) and their available schedules for shipments and packing may vary.5. Mode of deliveries are only via Direct J&T Express or Gogo Xpress. We are avoiding SCO’s since we have experienced lost parcel issues with their courier.6. Packing fee starts at 20 php. This is inclusive of 1 toploader, karton sandwiches/chipboards, and bubble mailers/bubble wraps. Rates will also depend on the size of the item claimed.7. Always send your proof of payment in our DMs. No proof of payment = no transaction.8. A late payment fee of 20 php/day will be applied once the buyer exceeds from the agreed date of transaction. PAYO transactions should be paid within 24 hrs.9. We will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss once your parcel is in transit. Rest assured that we will send packing pics before pickup and tracking numbers after pickup/drop-off.10. Unboxing videos are encouraged.
